Ray has many years of immigration experience in both the Government and private sectors. He worked for 18 years with the Australian Department of Immigration holding senior positions in and overseas. In 1986 Ray was recruited by one of the major international accounting firms to provide specialist migration advice to its corporate clients and subsequently established his own firm in 1991. He has been active on the National Executive of the Migration Institute of Australia, the professional industry association since inception.
